Regional Sales Engineer – Machine Tools & Accessories

We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Engineer to join our North American sales team and drive sales of high‑quality metalworking solutions, including CNC machinery, lathe tooling, and work‑holding systems. This outside sales role involves working in your home office environment and traveling 25%‑50% to meet clients and distributors.

Base pay range

U.S. $60,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr

Job Summary: The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, expertise in metalworking or CNC products, and be a self‑motivated individual who excels in managing client relationships and sales activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors in the metalworking and CNC industries.
• Sell advanced tooling, workholding, and lathe solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies and product promotions.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and prospects.
• Travel within your assigned region to meet with clients and prospects, ensuring consistent follow‑up and support.
• Manage your schedule independently to meet sales goals and customer needs.
