Job summary

Lyndex-Nikken, a global manufacturer of precision toolholders and accessories, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our North American sales team from Milwaukee. You will mentor Sales Engineers and Service Reps, cultivate new opportunities, and strengthen major accounts across the territory.

Expect 25–50% travel, a competitive base salary plus commissions and bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and leadership experience in the machine tool or adjacent industry.
• Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools to drive data‑driven sales decisions.
• Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop a sales team and manage regional distributors.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional sales planning, forecasting, and execution to meet or exceed annual targets.
• Coach and mentor Sales Engineers and Service Reps to achieve development and performance goals.
• Maintain knowledge of machine tool industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Design and negotiate promotional programs with regional distributors.
• Travel 25–50% with the sales team to distributors and end-user sites to assess needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and presentations to grow key accounts.
