Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent practical rotating equipment sales experience.
• 3–5 years of commercial or technical experience in rotating equipment or seals.
• Solid understanding of mechanical seals and centrifugal pump operation.
• Willingness to travel 50%–60% across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a commercial territory across chemical and power accounts to exceed sales targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and specify mechanical seal solutions with plant engineers.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to support accounts and drive joint sales initiatives.
• Maintain customer agreements and forecast bookings for the territory.
