Netskope is seeking a Director of Regional Sales to lead a high-performance team across the United States. You will map complex security and networking solutions to customer needs, drive strategy, and win market share in a fast-growing cloud security company.

You will supervise regional sales managers, recruit top talent, forecast accurately, and align sales plans with corporate goals while preserving Netskope's culture of integrity and collaboration. Travel 50-75% is expected.

Formación

• 10+ years experience in sales
• 7+ years sales leadership, 4 years director level
• Experience selling security and networking tech including proxies, NGFWs, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP
• Verifiable track record of exceeding quota
• Strong channel partner relationships with local and national partners
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate sales teams
• Territories generating over $100M in revenue
• Resides in target geography with local relationships
• Travel 50-75% within region

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise 7-9 sales representatives.
• Hire, train and manage top caliber Regional Sales Managers
• Communicate effectively throughout the organization, forecast accurately, add value in sales cycles and enhance our culture.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.
• Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
• Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
• Be an integral part of the sales leadership team, fostering a positive, achievement-oriented environment while upholding the company’s culture and integrity
