Job summary

SURGE Staffing in Allentown is seeking a District Manager to drive new revenue growth across a defined US region. You will identify prospects, develop strategies, and coordinate with field management to execute sales plans, while maintaining strong client partnerships.

The role requires leading account plans, managing client relationships, and delivering results through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• At least 3 years outside direct sales experience in consultative and solution-oriented sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop account sales plans with VP on a minimum of 30 target accounts.
• Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business.
• Conduct prospect, active and inactive account sales calls with branch staff as prioritized by Manager.
• Lead as primary sales resource on identified target accounts and create the account plan.
• Coordinate approach and communication strategy for new and reactivated client accounts to branches.
• Record all business and sales activity in company database and complete reports.
