SURGE Staffing is seeking a Branch Manager in Allentown to identify, prospect, and secure business opportunities for growth in a defined geographic area. You will develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing accounts and work with field management to plan and conduct activities, achieving profitable results.

In this role you will lead account plans, drive sales calls, and coordinate proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years outside direct sales experience with ability to develop sales strategies.
• Experience in consultative selling, cold calling, presenting, and closing deals.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Willingness to travel to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop account sales plans for a defined set of target accounts.
• Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business.
• Conduct prospect and account sales calls independently and with staff.
• Lead on identified target accounts and create the account plan.
• Collaborate with branch office and Headquarters to enhance product knowledge and close sales.
• Assist in driving sales closures to shorten the sales cycle and hit goals.
• Analyze prospect requirements to align company offerings with needs.
• Establish local business contacts and participate in networking events.
• Record all business activity and complete required reports.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs.
• Perform other duties to ensure smooth operation.
