Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess customers’ individual or business needs.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Identify decision makers within current and prospective accounts to obtain open positions.
• Generate and follow-up on sales leads to help increase market share.
• Achieve sales goals in territory through cold/warm calls, appointment setting, and client visits.
• Negotiate bill rates and other terms to effectively close business.
• Manage sales territory to increase revenue.
• Develop and foster long-term relationships with decision makers within the territory to ensure long-term growth.
