Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group in Philadelphia is seeking a District Manager to lead a regional field team, manage accounts, and drive growth within assigned districts.

You will source and vet providers, perform site audits, and coordinate with the Regional Manager to meet revenue goals while delivering high-quality services. This role requires significant on-site activity and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CRM software experience preferred; tech-savvy with mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional and National teams.
• Perform site inspections and property audits to identify up-sell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in an assigned district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base; ensure quality delivery of services.
• Respond to escalations and customer requests with a sense of urgency.
• Manage time to meet KPIs and weekly visit goals; drive incremental revenue.
• Provide market information and contribute to short- and long-term strategies.
• Own RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to hit financial goals.
• Manage district and travel expenses within or below budget.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
