• Strategy: design and lead a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with growth plans and service model.
• Playbooks and enablement: build and refine sales playbooks for referrals, channels, and provider engagement.
• Systems and analytics: leverage CRM and sales analytics for pipeline tracking, performance, and forecasting.
• Expansion planning: partner with leadership on market prioritization, geographic growth, and site input.
• Referral and partner development: grow relationships with providers, health systems, and stakeholders to drive referrals.
• Marketing alignment: work with marketing on messaging, positioning, collateral, and digital content.
• Team building: recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing regional sales team and scale headcount as needed.
• Culture and performance: establish a culture of ambition and accountability, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Performance metrics: define, track and report measures for referrals, revenue growth, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
• Compliance and ethics: ensure referrals comply with Anti-Kickback, Stark Law, state requirements and HIPAA policies.
