Job summary

SURGE Staffing is a national staffing leader seeking a District Manager to drive revenue growth across a defined geographic area. You will develop sales strategies for new and existing accounts, work with field management to plan and follow up on activities, and strive for profit targets while maintaining required branch hours.

This full-time, direct-hire role emphasizes building long-term partnerships with clients and delivering workforce solutions through a nationwide network of professionals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of outside direct sales experience in consultative sales.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop account sales plans with VP on a minimum of 30 target accounts.
• Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business.
• Conduct prospect, active and inactive account sales calls independently and with branch staff as prioritized by Manager.
• Functions as lead and primary sales resource on identified target accounts and is responsible for creating the account plan.
• Coordinate the approach and communication strategy of new and reactivated client accounts to responsible branch office(s).
• Record all business and sales activity in Company database and complete required activity report.
