Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow the company's business across the southeastern United States, with emphasis on channel partnerships in Atlanta, NC, SC, and FL. The role is remote with up to 75% travel.

You will drive regional revenue, align partner programs with Genetec strategy, and lead the Account Executive team to deliver sustained growth and strong partner engagement across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Security Industry preferably with VMS, Access Control or PSIM
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or CS or equivalent experience
• Experience in the security industry with ability to maintain contacts at different levels
• Proven leadership and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver partner revenue objectives for the assigned region.
• Lead regional partner team and Account Executives to grow partner engagement.
• Oversee partner pipeline management and CRM forecasting for accurate insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align channel strategies with company objectives.
• Develop and implement regional partner engagement strategies for mutual growth.
