Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Sales Director to oversee the New England Region. You will lead a high-performing team of Business Development Managers, drive proposals, and align pricing with client needs while traveling up to 50% of the time.

We seek a results-driven leader with 4+ years in outside B2B sales, 2+ years of leadership, and a proven ability to grow market share in security services. A strong CRM and organizational skill set is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's/Associate/High School with extensive outside B2B sales experience.
• Minimum four years outside B2B sales experience.
• Minimum two years of proven leadership building and coaching sales teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct joint client visits to coach team members and ensure quality customer interactions.
• Drive sales strategy and manage proposals, pricing, and contracts to win profitable new business.
• Oversee sales performance metrics, pipeline growth, and KPIs; report to senior leadership.
