Wiremind is seeking a Regional Sales Director Middle East to lead market-entry from ground up, working remotely from the Middle East. You will own the regional sales strategy, build a local presence, and establish a network of enterprise customers and partners.

The role blends strategic account leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic SaaS/AI-driven environment. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in complex B2B sales, strong C-level engagement, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise/B2B sales experience with new market openings.
• Deep familiarity with Middle East business culture and C-level networks.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting leader who builds structure where none exists.
• Experience selling data-driven SaaS or optimization solutions to large, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute regional sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise opportunities across the transportation sector.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with Wiremind’s strategic priorities.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to contract signature.
