Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to accelerate new business revenue across startups in the Middle East, Turkey & Africa. Based in Dubai, you will build and lead a team of Account Executives, shaping strategy and Go-To-Market initiatives.

You will recruit, coach, and scale a high-velocity sales machine, align SalesOps and Marketing, and drive key metrics like pipeline health and quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• 15+ years sales experience; 10+ years in startups across MEA.
• 5+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams; SaaS/Cloud focus.
• Proven ability to manage high-velocity pipeline and growth.
• Experience with GTM strategies in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to meet quotas.
• Coach AEs and provide day-to-day deal support.
• Recruit and ramp high-performing sales talent.
• Define AE profiles and drive GTM and brand awareness.
• Drive data-driven forecasting and regional sales reviews.
