Zentro Internet is seeking a Regional Sales Director in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area to lead B2B sales to residential developers, owners, property managers, and Building Decision Makers. This hybrid role focuses on acquiring new clients and guiding them through the sales cycle.

You will leverage a deep network in the local real estate market, conduct outreach across multiple channels, and work with senior leadership to close strategic deals. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is a must; preferred in Internet and MDU space.
• Strong network in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami residential real estate market.
• Strong people and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Navigate outside, consultative B2B sales.
• Generate sales via cold calling, direct mail, email campaigns, proposals, meetings.
• Develop relationships with Building Decision Makers.
