Job summary

Zentro, a leading MDU-focused internet service provider, is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area.

This hybrid role targets building ownership stakeholders and property managers to grow the client base with strategic, consultative sales. You will leverage a deep network in the Miami market and drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to close, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is a must; preferred in Internet and MDU space.
• Strong network and experience in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami residential real estate market.
• Strong people skills; organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Navigate outside, consultative business-to-business sales.
• Generate sales through cold calling, direct mail, email campaigns, proposals, meetings, and presentations.
• Develop relationships with Building Decision Makers.
• Guide the Building Decision Maker through the business-to-business sales cycle.
