Employee Benefits Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Director to grow our broker-driven business across NC, SC, MD, VA, WV and KY. You will develop clients, design benefit plans with brokers and carriers, and maintain a growing pipeline with strong CRM discipline.

Open to candidates in KY and neighboring states; frequent travel to client sites and events is expected as part of delivering profitable revenue growth and onboarded success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years experience selling through the broker channel.
• Established broker/client relationships in the Mid-Atlantic United States.
• Sales experience in the health insurance industry.
• Experience developing and implementing a business development plan.
• Exceptional relationship building with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiar with training, conferencing, and virtual meeting tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and events, including overnights.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and develop clients in the assigned market area.
• Consult with prospective brokers, employers, carriers and referral sources to design benefit plans.
• Establish and foster relationships with clients and brokers, growing the prospect pipeline.
• Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows.
• Develop written responses to requests for proposals.
• Prepare service agreements.
• Promote and cross-sell additional products and services to clients and brokers.
• Maintain and proactively manage client communications, sales activities and data in CRM.
