Job summary

Coverall, a global leader in janitorial services, seeks a Branch Sales Manager in Columbia, MD. Lead sales and operations, coach the team in consultative selling, and drive new business while ensuring client retention and operational excellence.

You will manage field activities, hire and train staff, engage with franchisees, and oversee daily reporting. A results-driven leader with CRM experience will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience with a proven track record.
• 2+ years' sales management experience required. Multi-department management experience preferred.
• CRM experience, including call review for sales team members.
• Training experience in consultative selling techniques and strategies.
• A team player, leader, and coach, able to develop and leverage the strengths of the team members.
• Highly motivated and able to motivate and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Direct, motivate, and align our sales and operations teams into one cohesive unit from our Columbia, MD Support Center.
• Manage and grow the sales team, working side-by-side with them to generate new business.
• Spend several afternoons a week out in the field with your team to help secure new business and retain current customers.
• Oversee daily operations, helping your team solve problems and maintain high customer retention.
• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees with continuous daily and weekly coaching.
• Meet with potential franchisees and provide ongoing guidance, training, and growth support to our existing franchise base.
• Complete all administrative and performance reporting duties in a timely fashion.
