Job summary

Continental Group Sector ContiTech is seeking a Regional Sales Leader for the LivTec / Printing Solutions product line in the U.S. You will lead a regional sales team, shape go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue, margin, and market share while building strong customer and distributor relationships.

You will collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations to implement growth initiatives, manage forecasting and pipeline, and apply competitive pricing and value-based selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in sales management within industrial manufacturing or materials industries.
• Proven track record of growth in sales, profitability, and market share.
• Experience in pricing, negotiation, and strategic account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
