Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in California seeks a field-based Sales Director to lead general and specialized laboratory sales teams. You will drive a profitable growth strategy across Bakersfield, Fresno, Merced and surrounding areas, with a base salary and uncapped sales incentive.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated healthcare sales leadership, a track record of building high-performing teams, and expertise in territory planning and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience within healthcare sales or related field.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Experience developing and executing territory sales strategies and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Hire and retain an effective sales team of Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Coach, motivate and develop sales talent.
• Establish regional action plans and market strategies.
• Set metrics and accountability standards to drive performance towards goals.
• Manage and measure sales force performance and provide feedback to reps.
• Conduct district analytics and market intelligence.
• Marshal and manage resources to solve problems and achieve plans.
• Support key account development.
• Provide input to regional marketing efforts.
