Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Advanced Missions to lead the enterprise software sales team focused on DoD and INTEL communities within the Washington DC metro area.

You will drive revenue through strategic account planning, team leadership, and collaboration with technical resources. You will negotiate complex terms, coordinate with inside sales and partners, and leverage Cisco’s sales methodologies to maximize deal size and value while ensuring timely delivery and

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of enterprise technology sales leadership experience.
• At least 7 years of direct (software/SaaS) selling experience to Public Sector within the DoD and INTEL Community.
• Must have an active Federal government clearance of Top Secret/SCI with polygraph on file.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the Advanced Missions sales team under NatSec/Aerospace & Defense.
• Lead territory mapping, account planning and opportunity management.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI.
• Collaborate with inside sales and partners for efficiency.
• Utilize sales engineering and in-house/partner services resources.
• Hands-on leadership with account planning, strategy and sales calls.
• Hire and build growth-focused sales teams.
• Execute Cisco’s sales methodology and processes effectively.
• Coordinate with international and domestic colleagues to expand deal size and value.
