Flowers Bakeries in the United States is seeking an Area Sales Director to lead DSD sales and the Independent Distributors network. You will manage customer relationships, seek new selling opportunities, and track sales data to drive growth.

Collaborating with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team, you will analyze market opportunities, calibrate strategies with consumer insights, and ensure promotional displays are executed.

Qualificações

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts and ensure promotion and display execution in the market.
• Analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales with consumer insights to adjust strategies.
