Flowers Foods, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director to support DSD sales and Independent Distributors, and to grow relationships with key accounts across markets.

You will analyze territory opportunities with the Market VP and Sales Enablement team to maximize promotions, using consumer insights to adjust strategies and drive growth. Requirements include 5+ years in sales or general management, a bachelor's degree, a DOT Medical Card, a valid driver's license, and being at

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts.
• Identify new selling opportunities in the market and track sales data.
• Maximize promotions and in-store display execution in the market.
• Analyze market opportunities with the Sales Enablement team to drive growth.
