Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Director to support DSD and Independent Distributors, strengthen key accounts, and drive growth in the market.

You will utilize digital tools to show wins and opportunities while working with the Market VP and Sales Enablement team. The role requires 5 years of relevant sales/general management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to maintain a DOT Medical Card and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card and have a valid Driver's License, plus be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Grow customer base and maintain solid customer relationships.
• Analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales and drive promotions.
