Job summary

Paychex is seeking a District Sales Manager based in Austin, Texas to lead a sales team and drive corporate objectives across product lines within the region, ensuring revenue growth within budget.

You will recruit, train, and motivate district sales managers, build strong client relationships, and implement sales plans that expand the client base. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration and at least 5 years in second-level sales management are required.

Responsibilities

• Manages achievement of corporate objectives by product line within geographical areas and budgets.

• Participates in training of district sales managers for career development.
• Recruits and evaluates district sales managers, including promotions and salary actions.
• Maintains communication links across levels to ensure relationships and productivity.
• Develops strategies to grow the client base and administers sales and client incentive programs.
