Job summary

Motorola Solutions Germany GmbH is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the DACH region. You will oversee a regional sales team, drive cloud, video, and access control solutions, and build strategic partnerships with distributors and system integrators.

Responsibilities include setting quarterly/annual goals, managing pipelines, and coordinating with leadership to craft growth strategies and customer programs. Travel heavily within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with solid sales experience and/or track record in cloud, video and access control sales.
• Frequent travel will be required; travel over 50% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team for the DACH region and drive multi-line solution sales.
• Coach and manage team members with quarterly and annual goals using Salesforce and other tools.
• Manage pipelines and ensure opportunity creation and progression.
• Develop and execute yearly business plans for the territory in coordination with leadership.
• Oversee and manage sales of Motorola Solutions products and services in the territory.
