Job summary

Sino Biological Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Northeast regional sales efforts and develop high-performing teams of account executives and inside sales professionals.

You will guide strategic plans, expand key accounts, and drive revenue growth across biotech and life sciences customers in the Boston area. Travel up to 75% will be required, with a focus on customer relationships and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing multi-site regional or territorial teams.
• Proven success in achieving sales, operational and financial objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans to achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand key customer relationships.
• Lead and coach regional account executives and inside sales professionals.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs for strategy.
• Maintain relationships with strategic accounts and partners.
• Improve processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership.
• Serve as escalation point for major customer issues.
• Ensure exceptional customer service across the region.
• Develop long-term retention and growth strategies.
