Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 4+ years experience managing teams or people in financial services or 4 years of sales experience within auto finance.
• At least 4 years credit underwriting experience in indirect lending.
• 5+ years credit underwriting experience in the indirect lending/auto finance industry (preferred).
• 5+ years experience managing people and/or teams in the auto finance industry (preferred).
• 1+ years experience analyzing, reporting on and setting goals based on performance metrics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides primary management and oversight to Regional sales team by ensuring sales protocol is followed and business results are maximized.
• In-field sales coaching of a high-performance team of up to 10 Area Sales Managers to meet and exceed objectives.
• Coordinates activities with Sales Management to obtain maximum production efficiencies.
• Analyze and organize a sales team of outside representatives, including time, account management, problem solving, and customer interaction.
• Engage directly with Key Customers to build strong relationships and generate incremental originations.
• Oversee policy and procedure adherence and ensure compliant actions.
• Extensive travel (up to 60%).
