Qualifikationen

• Coaches a high‑performance sales team of up to 10 Area Sales Managers to meet objectives.
• Coordinates activities with Sales Management to obtain maximum efficiencies in production.
• Analyzes and organizes a sales team, including time management and account management.
• Engages with Key Customers to build strong relationships and generate originations.
• Ensures policy and procedure adherence and compliance.
• Travels up to 60%.
