• Preferred: 5+ years credit underwriting experience in indirect lending/auto finance.
• Preferred: 5+ years managing people or teams in the auto finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight to Regional Buying Center ensuring sales protocol and business results.
• Coach a high-performance sales team of 3-4 Sr. Relationship Managers to meet objectives.
• Coordinate activities with Sales Management for maximum production efficiencies.
• Analyze and organize a sales team including time management, account management, problem solving, and customer interaction.
• Engage with Key Customers to build relationships and generate incremental originations.
• Ensure policy and procedure adherence and compliant actions.
