Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing teams in financial services or auto finance sales.
• At least 4 years credit underwriting experience in indirect lending.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight to Regional sales team by ensuring sales protocol is followed and business results are maximized.
• In-field sales coaching of a high-performance team of up to 10 Area Sales Managers to meet and exceed objectives.
• Coordinate activities with Sales Management to obtain maximum efficiencies in production.
• Engage with Key Customers to build strong relationships and generate incremental originations.
• Ensure policy and procedure adherence and compliant actions.
