Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making, including AI-powered tools or automated workflows.
• Proven track record in new business sales with presentation/negotiation at C-level.
• Strong recruiting, coaching and management of sales teams.
• Strategic thinking with analytical/financial planning to meet quotas.
• Ownership of accurate CRM reports and quarterly forecasts.
• Experience driving sales processes and collaborating with Sales Operations.
• Ability to understand business drivers around IT and bigger picture.
• Ability to build long-term senior-level relationships.
• Adaptability in rapidly changing environments.
• Demonstrated business and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to build high-performing sales teams and mentor others.
• Proven partner relationships to grow revenue via ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
• Develop territory plans and quotas and communicate expectations.
• Engage in C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing and Partners.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Retain and grow existing customers through regular engagement.
