ServiceNow is seeking a senior sales leader to build and lead a regional Sales team, driving rapid new business growth in the Minneapolis area. You will shape regional Go-To-Market, align with Sales Operations, and spearhead territory planning to win strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, including AI tools or automated workflows.
• Track record of new business sales success with presentations and negotiations at C level.
• Strong skills in recruiting, coaching and managing a sales team.
• Strategic, analytical and financial planning to meet quotas and goals.
• Experience owning CRM reports, forecasts, and pipeline.
• Ability to foster relationships with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy in collaboration with Sales Operations and GTM planning.
• Engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development to drive revenue.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Define territories and quotas, and communicate expectations clearly.
• Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipeline to the business.
• Achieve annual sales goals on quarterly and annual cycles.
• Engage with C-level executives to understand customer business needs.
• Foster relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Services, Marketing, and partners.
