ServiceNow is seeking a senior sales leader to build and lead a team of direct Sales Executives in the region, driving rapid new business growth and defining territory strategy in collaboration with Sales Operations. You will engage in territory planning, develop opportunities, and guide field teams to close deals with customers.

The role requires a proven track record in AI-enabled sales, C-level negotiations, and strong coaching skills to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business growth in the region.
