Job summary

Champions Group is seeking a Sales Trainer/Coach in Seattle, WA to elevate our sales team with hands-on training and field coaching. You will partner with regional sales leaders, deliver classroom and on-site training, and design curriculum to improve conversion and customer experience.

You will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Division President, traveling up to 60% to drive measurable results and best practices across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential HVAC/plumbing sales with teaching experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; energetic delivery.
• Proven sales process training in multi-location or national orgs.
• Willingness to travel more than 60% (CA/NV WA region).
• Strong public speaking and training delivery skills.
• Experience with KPI data to measure coaching impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom sales process training at field locations.
• Provide on-site coaching during customer visits.
• Coach managers on coaching to raise leadership bar.
• Develop and update training curriculum.
• Collaborate with sales managers and regional teams.
