Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years in sales or consumer/business lending, including 3 years sales coaching or sales management.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 10 years in sales or lending, including 3 years coaching or management.
• Experience leading branch teams and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to hit sales, service, and performance goals.
• Build partnerships and foster client conversations to grow consumer and small business relationships.
