Hytec Dealer Services, Inc. is seeking a Client Support and Development Specialist to grow our elevator services portfolio. You will engage current customers and prospects, present Hytec's offerings, and support overall customer satisfaction while maintaining quality service standards.

The role emphasizes inside/outside coordination, rapid quote responses, CRM logging, and collaboration with the sales management team to maximize revenue in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma. Preferably some college or other formal education experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Customer-focused with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Professional in appearance and communication, with strong computer skills and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales within assigned region and accounts through current customers and prospects.
• Conduct calls/meetings with prospects to secure new business.
• Complete 10 sales calls daily and deliver 1 New Customer Presentation daily.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and report on activities.
• Follow up on quotes via phone and email.
• Prepare quotes and proposals within 30 minutes of request.
• Maintain CRM records of meetings, calls and follow-ups.
• Travel to customer sites as required and participate in trade shows as needed.
