Hydrasearch is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Stevensville, MD team. You will provide customer service and inside sales support, handling order entry, quotations, stock requests, and inquiries, acting as the bridge between customers and our internal production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage orders in ERP system and document technical specs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotes (RFQs).
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Shipping to track orders and resolve delays.
• Address and resolve shipment, billing, or technical discrepancies professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation per quality standards.
