Job summary

Elevated, a fast-growing leader in the elevator services industry, seeks a Sales Account Manager to build and grow relationships with building owners, property managers, and contractors in New York and New Jersey.

You will own sales cycles, negotiate contracts, coordinate with service teams, track metrics, and ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales and/or account support role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for technical, mechanical concepts and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales among client accounts, including upsell and cross-selling.
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure consistent service.
• Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients.
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
