Job summary

Hydrasearch is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Stevensville, MD team. You will provide customer service and inside sales support, handling order entry, quotations, stock requests, and inquiries. • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in professional customer service or administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to manage high volumes of data and complex orders accurately.
• On-site at Stevensville, MD facility.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for quotes (RFQs) and provide information on product availability and lead times.
• Enter and manage orders in our ERP system, ensuring all technical and compliance specifications are documented.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Shipping to track order status and resolve delays.
• Address and resolve customer concerns regarding shipments, billing, or technical discrepancies professionally.
• Maintain meticulous customer records and documentation per quality standards.
