Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Michigan is seeking a Sales/Client Representative to develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies, build a new client base, service existing partnerships, and drive revenue growth across a defined territory. You will engage various customer segments in a fast-paced environment and close deals with resilience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong face-to-face selling experience, top-notch communication and presentation skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the landscape construction industry.
• Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales.
• Extensive face-to-face selling experience at mid-to-senior levels.
• Proven track record of sales goal attainment.
• Capability of managing multiple projects and multitasking in a large territory.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create customer value-based proposals.
• Experience prospecting/hunting and qualifying new business opportunities.
• High energy, commitment, and results-driven salesperson.
• Team-selling environment experience.
• Creative and innovative thinking; resilient and persistent in closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional sales pipeline from early opportunity lead prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiations, to contract closing.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external decision makers and influencers
• Cultivate, nurture, and maintain relationships and expectations with prospects and key customer decision makers.
• Collaborate with experienced and highly skilled team members to drive sales opportunities
• Plan daily to effectively qualify and close business opportunities to achieve individual and regional sales goals
• Create and present compelling customer-centric proposals

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the landscape construction industry
