Job summary

North Carolina Association of Broadcasters Educational Foundation, Inc is seeking a Regional National Sales Assistant to support national ad orders. The role focuses on data entry, order maintenance, and collaborative problem-solving across teams to ensure campaign success.

The candidate should have 1-2 years of administrative support experience, strong organization, and proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel, enabling efficient daily operations in a fast-paced television advertising

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience of administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task under deadline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Primary function is data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Daily entry of National Sales orders into the traffic system with accuracy and compliance to order contracts, inventory, and scheduling constraints.
• Daily maintenance and research on national sales orders to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
• Regular communication and collaboration with internal and external contacts to ensure campaign success.
• Develop understanding and adherence to the National sales process, systems, and SOPs.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and generate/maintain reports from systems and Excel.
