Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, manage analytics, and provide technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, or email engagements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, at least 3 years in sales, and legal work eligibility in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans with volume and value goals.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
