Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small and mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market. This role emphasizes lead generation, territory definition, and delivering technical sales solutions across channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email.

You will collaborate with production and supply chain to forecast demand, develop pricing strategies, and expand Dow’s presence with key accounts while upholding integrity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships across levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales and marketing plans with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies.
• Collaborate to deliver CX results.
