Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-sized customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will also work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers. Key responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing sales analytics, and engaging through multiple channels—face-to-face, by phone, or email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience; U.S. work authorization required.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals.
