Sinclair Broadcast Group's WBFF/WNUV is seeking a Regional National Sales Assistant to support national TV sales operations. The role centers on accurate data entry of national sales orders, maintaining schedules, and ensuring campaign success.

You will work with internal and external contacts, generate and maintain reports in Excel and Office, and help uphold the national sales process. The position is full-time in Baltimore with benefits and opportunities to learn the TV advertising business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience of administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under a deadline.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Adherence to organizational directives and national SOPs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with internal and external team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Broadcast Sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Primary function is data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Daily entry of National Sales orders into the traffic system with accuracy and compliance to contracts, inventory, and scheduling constraints.
• Daily maintenance and research on national sales orders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Regular communication with internal and external contacts to ensure campaign success.
• Develop understanding of the National sales process and SOPs.
• Prioritize and organize workload with urgency and balance.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Generate, manipulate, and maintain reports from internal systems and Excel.
