Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Safety Operations Manager to lead the regional Safety organization and collaborate with Operations and Safety teams. You will drive safety performance, develop processes, and present metrics to client leaders.

The role requires experience in safety management, OSHA regulations, and a proactive, data-driven approach. Responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives, mentoring teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance while coordinating with HR and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Safety Science, Safety Risk Management, Ergonomics, Logistics, Transportation, and related safety field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant Safety Management and leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Safety, EHS, Risk Management and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional safety organization and drive safety culture across locations.
• Develop and present daily/weekly/monthly safety performance reports to clients and executives.
• Lead programs impacting EHS compliance and workplace safety (OSHA).
• Drive process improvement, lean metrics, and reduction of incidents.
