Job summary

OmniCable LLC is seeking a Regional Safety Specialist to bridge corporate safety intent and regional operations within the distribution network. You will drive a Zero Harm culture, translate strategy into practical safety actions, and collaborate with site leadership, the Director of Distribution, and Corporate Safety Director to own safety as an operational value.

You will engage regularly with field teams, deliver targeted safety programs, and ensure compliance across sites while traveling

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in distribution, logistics, or operations environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust, influence without authority, and navigate complex team dynamics.
• High executional rigor – able to turn strategy into action and follow through with consistency.
• Collaborative mindset – comfortable working across functions and levels to drive shared outcomes.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be embedded within the region you support.
• OSHA 30-Hour, OSHA 500, or equivalent advanced safety training credentials
• Experience implementing behavior-based safety programs
• Prior experience navigating DOT, OSHA, or other regulatory audits
• Bilingual preferred
