Job summary

Lazer Logistics is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead the transportation safety program across regional sites. You will coordinate with regional operations and the Divisional Safety Director to implement safety strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance a culture of safety.

You will conduct audits and inspections, provide driver and staff training, investigate incidents, maintain safety databases, and report metrics with actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership in safety programs across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMCSA, and DOT requirements.
• Experience in driver and staff training programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety policies across regional sites.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments across sites.
• Partner with regional leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain regional safety databases and dashboards with metrics.
• Collaborate to develop long-term safety strategies and continuous improvement.
