Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years field safety experience.
• BS degree in Safety or Health related field.
• Multiple safety certifications preferred (CSP/ASP/CHST/ OHST/IOSH).
• Knowledge of workers compensation and GL claim processes.
• Ability to communicate technical information to field & executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safety across a geographic region with travel 5-10%.
• Develop and administer safety policies and training programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement best practices.
• Lead initiatives to reduce injuries and maximize compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections with contractors and partners.
• Review safety plans and ensure orientation and training records.
